"no one cares what you had for lunch" blog post #32
Break it off.
What are your relationship deal breakers?
I don't date any more, one possible reason being that I have way too many of these.
There are the obvious ones, like bad personal hygiene or weird odors. I'm not a particularly looks-obsessed person, but really horrible teeth or skin put me off, and I can't stand guys who have no hairstyle. You know, they always look like they just rolled out of bed and they let a mental patient cut their hair with a weed-wacker. Clothes are not hugely important either, but they have to at least be free of stains and holes.
Personality-wise, I hate guys that have no sense of humor and are always trying to one-up everyone. Overly-macho guys suck, too. They don't have to share all my interests, but they have to respect them. They have to enjoy reading. I will have nothing to do with people who do not read.
They don't have to be as liberal as I am, but they can't be a Bill O'Reilly-worshipping neocon. They have to at least agree with me on the basics: no bigotry allowed and they must be pro-choice. Someone who doesn't trust me to make my own medical decisions is never getting into my pants. I would prefer an atheist/agnostic, but as long as they aren't crazily religious and tell me I'm going to hell, I can hang. And they can't follow any religion that I consider to be particularly feeble-minded, like $cientology or Jehovah's Witnesses. Obviously, they must be childfree, because I am never breeding.
Chewing with an open mouth; making repetitive coughing/throat-clearing noises; being an unadventurous, picky eater; never wanting to do anything but watch TV; being mean to animals: all deal-breakers. This is pretty much why I have learned to embrace and enjoy being single.

Oh, btw can I add to your list? Ack, I will anyways. You can always delete my comment if you disagree :P
Not sure what number you're at so I will just make one up.
#47 - Men who never shut up! Major deal breaker. They talk and talk because they just love the sound of their own voice.
