Absolutely my biggest grammer peeve! The dreaded 's that so many people just can't understand. I am constantly correcting people at work and I feel like walking around with a big permanent marker to correct these types of errors on "professional" signs for shops, etc.

Possessive or contraction, people. It is not for plural words. Not that hard to figure out. Ugh.
